Delivery Times
All orders placed on Ego Secret™ will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery generally takes place in:

Calabria, Southern Puglia and the Islands: 48-72 hours
Delays are rare and only occur in exceptional cases. Any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
Note: Shipments are only valid within Italy and cannot be made to other countries.
Free shipping
All shipping on Ego Secret™ is completely free , even for cash on delivery (COD). There are no additional costs, regardless of the order amount.
Courier Used
Our trusted courier is GLS , which guarantees fast, traceable, and safe deliveries throughout Italy.
Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address, including a telephone number, for the courier's convenience . Any errors may cause delays or non-delivery.
Delivery Delays and Problems
In case of unexpected delays or delivery problems, we will inform the customer immediately and provide support via customer service .
Let us reiterate: delays are the exception and not the norm.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) .

Ego Secret™ assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of products during transport.
All packages are trackable via GLS and we will provide the customer with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
