Delays are rare and only occur in exceptional cases. Any delays will be promptly communicated via email.
Free shipping throughout Italy
All shipping on Ego Secret™ is completely free , even for cash on delivery (COD). There are no additional costs, regardless of the order amount, throughout Italy.
Courier Used
Our trusted couriers are GLS and/or BRT , as they guarantee fast, traceable and safe deliveries throughout Italy.
Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address, including a telephone number, for the courier's convenience . Any errors may cause delays or non-delivery.
Delivery Delays and Problems
